Our client is looking to recruit a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join their team in Spilsby.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and buying groups, nurturing and developing these partnerships to maximise performance and long-term value.
A key part of the role will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding our client’s customer base and increasing market share through proactive prospecting and strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, increasing market presence, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
You will confidently represent our client’s business at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, supplier open days, and customer events, delivering engaging presentations and building meaningful industry connections.
This role will be predominantly office based, with telephone and email being the main way of contacting your clients. However, flexibility, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to travel to meet with clients will be essential.
