Based in Lincoln our well-established client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their small but busy team.
Working in a fast -paced environment you will be responsible for-
Dealing with day-to-day customer services queries and issues
Answering email ticket systems
Dealing with live chat functions and incoming telephone calls.
Liaising with factory staff regarding orders and possible substitutions
Liaising with product suppliers/delivery companies
Providing website support to customers

Hours of Work M-F – 09.00- 17.30
