My client is looking to recruit a Junior Workshop Mechanic to be based
in Nocton, Lincoln. This is a full time and permanent role with hours of 08:30 – 17:00 M-F. Own transport will be essential due to workshop location.
You don’t have to come from a workshop background, but it is essential you have a passion and
desire to work with mechanical machinery/vehicles/manufacturing. An interest in Landrover Defenders/Farm machinery would be an advantage.
This role will suit an individual who has always tinkered with vehicles or machinery on a farm or
whilst growing up. You have to be passionate about this industry because the work you will be doing
is bespoke and requires a keen eye for detail and presentation.
You will be given full training, but you must prove that you are trustworthy, reliable and capable of
working using your own initiative. You need a ‘can do’ attitude.

Hourly rate: £13.50ph
