Our client a well-established UK manufacturer of high-quality equestrian equipment is looking for a motivated and versatile Marketing Executive to join their small but ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to take ownership of their marketing activities and contribute directly to the growth of their brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Brand Promotion: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation within the equine community.
- Website Management: Creating engaging content, updating product information, and ensuring smooth website operations.
- Content Creation: Writing compelling copy, product descriptions, marketing literature (brochures, leaflets). Set up email marketing using Mailchimp.
- Advertising Campaigns: Planning, executing and monitoring advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Social media: Strong social media experience including TikTok and Instagram
- Customer Engagement: Identifying potential new customers and nurturing relationships with existing clients through effective communication.
- Marketing Material Production: Creating visually appealing and informative marketing literature.
- Photoshoots: Planning product photoshoots to showcase equipment effectively.
- New Product Development Support: Contributing ideas and providing market insights to assist in the development of new products.
- Trade Shows & Events: Coordinating and attending equine trade shows and events.
- Customer Visits & Relationship Building: Undertaking visits to existing and potential customers to showcase products, strengthen relationships and gather valuable market feedback.
This role is office based and will ideally involve splitting your time between offices in Lincoln and the manufacturing facility located between Newark and Bingham and will involve travel for events and customer meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a marketing role
- A genuine interest in the equine industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with graphic design software would be an advantage but is not essential.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own transport
Hours of Work – Mon- Fri - 09.00- 17.00
