Our well-established Lincoln client is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to help steer their team through digital change and growth.
As the UK’s leading provider in their industry, they are seeking an experienced, driven and passionate Marketing Manager to guide the team through these exciting times.
This is a fast-paced role and requires someone who can manage and prioritise different projects at one time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing campaigns and social media strategies across the companies many brands to ensure its future success. The role requires a strong understanding of all marketing principles, excellent communication and project management skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team. You will oversee and approve campaign content, budgets and targets and report on campaign statistics to drive improvement.
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:
- Preparation and implementation of an annual marketing strategy, including budget management, both online and offline for B2B and B2C.
- Develop and maintain strong brand awareness and positioning in their key sectors
- Lead & Manage Marketing Team - Mentor and develop a team of junior marketing professionals. Delegate tasks effectively, provide clear guidance, and monitor team performance. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Content creation & Management - Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, brochures, case studies, blog posts, and social media content. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Digital Marketing – manage all digital campaigns, social media marketing, SEO, SEM and PPC. Monitor and analyse website traffic and KPI to track campaign effectiveness.
- Event management – plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and manage event logistics and lead generation.
- Budget Management – Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI. Track and analyse marketing spend and ROI for all campaigns
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manage customer data track leads and nurture relationships. Work with the sales team to develop strategies to support B2C sales.
- Stay current with the latest marketing trend, technologies and industry best practice.
- Writing and circulating press releases around new product launches, sponsorship etc
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights.
- Be able to work using own initiative and as part of a team
- Budget management and financial reporting experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
