My client is looking to recruit 2 Media Sales Executives to join their organisation in central Lincoln. The role will be hybrid requiring 1 day a week in the office. It is essential you have experience in a similar role and a driving licence.
The Role
You will have self motivation to drive advertising revenue and build strong client relationships. You’ll be working with local and regional businesses to deliver effective campaigns that get results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and securing new advertising clients.
- Managing relationships with existing clients and maximising repeat business.
- Developing tailored advertising and sponsorship packages.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver creative solutions for clients.
You will have:
- Proven experience in sales (media, advertising, or related industries ideal).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused.
- An understanding of TV and/or radio marketing
- Confidence in approaching and pitching to businesses of all sizes.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Be happy working in a small team environment where your views and ideas are listened to
