Due to continued growth my client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to be office based near Horncastle. This role is full time and permanent. Hours are 08:00 – 16:00 or
09:00 – 17:00 M-F.
Own transport is essential due to office location.
The role of the community administrator is to take ownership of all levels of membership and responsibility for building strong relationships with the international community. From time to time the role will also require in person and offline support for delivery of events. This will include administrative involvement in annual events at the Academy’s retreat centre and internationally as needs require.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Manage and grow memberships using Active Campaign
- Help customers to register for a new account or membership
- Facilitate payments for memberships and courses bookings.
- Manage the organisation and delivery of paid-for events both locally and internationally that maximise income and uphold and represent the company’s values for existing customers
- Manage the organisation of events to attract customers
- Ensure that colleagues are as fully involved as appropriate in the planning and delivery of events
- Agree event description, costs and specific requirements with appropriate colleagues prior to adding to website.
- Ensure appropriate resource material is available and current for students online and offline.
- Liaise with different nationalities regarding translation requirements
- Co-ordinate web mails.
- Ensure all course bookings whether confirmed or not are recorded
- Carry out additional associated activities as required
Essential:
- Familiarity with Wordpress, CRMs Active Campaign and/or Klaviyo
- Intermediate level IT skills using Microsoft Office in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritise tasks, keep calm and maintain high standards under pressure
- Very strong ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Self-starting and motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal/diplomacy and communication skills
- Confidence with building and maintaining strong community relationships using written and verbal communication
- The role will require some travel, evenings, early mornings and weekends, for which time off in lieu will be given.
