Based close to Horncastle, our well-established client is looking to recruit an additional Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
Our client requires an engineer with both electrical and mechanical qualifications, and experience to maintain and improve plant equipment.
This role will require you to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns.
You will be dealing with both PPM and reactive maintenance within a production area.
Experience is required with Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, and experience in programming, maintaining and troubleshooting PLC systems.
You will be working as part of a small team in a calm and friendly environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills-
- Recognised electrical & mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial / FMCG / manufacturing / recycling environments
- Strong health & safety focus and structured problem-solving approach
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Driving license
