Office & Logistics Coordinator - Lincolnshire

Our well established client is looking to recruit a part time permanent Office & Logistics Coordinator to work from their premises in Nocton.  Own transport will be essential due to office location.  The hours can be flexible to work around you, but you will be required to be in the office 5 days per week for 4-5 hours.

 

This role will suit a highly organsied person who is used to working in a small team environment, where responsibility and duties are varied and sometimes reactive.  The ability to prioritise your workload and follow procedures with an eye for detail is essential.

 

Main duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries and forwarding on sales/tech enquiries to the MD
  • Dealing with post sale administration
  • Prepare invoices using Xero
  • Track payments
  • Make sure all parts/packing materials are in stock to cover orders
  • Ordering products, using purchase orders
  • Organise a work schedule to have the order built and packed within a set timeframe
  • QC check that the prepared products are of the required quality and correctly packed.
  • Arrange courier and organise shipping/delivery to include Customs Documentation when exporting.
  • Liaise with the customer on all after sales queries/concerns
  • Manage all office admin and staff holidays

 

Note* All products are built to order so the spec may change for each customer.

Note* As parts are hand built/hand assembled it's important to have the quality checked prior to dispatch.

 

There will be a lot to learn at the beginning. So, this role needs someone highly organised who can visualise the 'big picture'.

 

This role can evolve and grow with someone who wants to take on more responsibility.

 

Hourly rate circa £13.50.
