Our well- established client is looking to recruit 2 x permanent Part Time Customer Service Advisors to join their busy family-owned business. Ideally this will be a job share, with 1 person working 3 days and the other working 2 days per week.
Hours can be flexible to suit.
Based North side of Lincoln as a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing first point of contact resolution to customers through various channels and provide professional advice and assistance as required.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and respond to customer enquiries for all contact channels Emails, Phones and Case Management, ensuring customer satisfaction and a satisfactory resolution.
- Carry out all administration functions relative to customer service.
- Accurately record and input information into the relevant IT systems and ensure all records and systems are up to date.
- Respond and raise support tickets within the CRM system to ensure all departments have visibility to view the customer’s journey and solution.
- Submit and log courier claims for lost or damaged parcels.
- Book in collections and maintain the collection queue.
- Proactively engage with customers if there is an issue with stock replenishment.
- Improve customer feedback via client review pages.
- Always promote and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Good level of education including Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Ability to work in a team or on own initiative.
- Strong IT skills
- Working within a small call centre environment
