Our fast-growing Louth based client is looking to recruit an experienced PPC Marketing Manager with proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads as well as having strong skills in GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
You will work across all sectors, but have deep roots in holiday parks, eCommerce, tourism, hospitality, with clients also in agriculture, healthcare, logistics, and more.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the MD, Account Manager and external partners to drive outstanding results
- Planning, building, and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Owning strategy and performance reporting with full use of GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Presenting performance insights and creative suggestions directly to clients
- Helping shape campaign strategy across a variety of exciting industries
- Travelling to industry events and client sites (occasional overnight stays)
Skills/ Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience running Google Ads and Paid Social (Meta/LinkedIn) campaigns
- Strong grasp of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio reporting
- Confident managing budgets, optimising for ROAS, and spotting performance opportunities
- Comfortable presenting campaign results and insights to clients and stakeholders
- Agency experience is a big plus – but not essential if you’ve got the skills
- Analytical mindset, creative flair, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Benefits
- £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience
- Hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:30 - 15:00 on Fridays
