My client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their well established family business in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. They have a strong market share and an excellent reputation within their sector.
This is a key role within the company, overseeing the management of several significant accounts previously handled by the Managing Director.
For the right person, this position offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the senior management team.
It is essential you have an enthusiastic attitude and are willing to go above and beyond what your customers expect. You will also have high standards of work with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You will be expected to meet with clients throughout UK 2-3 days per week (some overnight stays required) and spend the other days in the office.

- Account Management – large key accounts that need developing
- Sales Strategy & Development
- Distributor Management
- Sales Reporting & Analysis
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in any sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, both on the phone and in writing.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The most important thing is a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
