Due to continued business growth our Lincoln based client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Solar Installer to join their fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties.

As a hands-on, physically demanding role, candidates should have experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
- Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
- Perform general labouring duties as required
- Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
- Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Meet the physical demands of the job
- Be adaptable and open to learning new skills
Ideal Candidate

Essentials:
- Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
- Confident with working at heights
- CSCS card (or happy to train towards it)
- Full driver’s license
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Local to Lincoln
- Must be happy working away with overnight stays
