PV Installer

Our well-established Lincoln client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PV Installer to join its fast-growing team.  The successful candidate must be ambitious and keen to establish themselves within the company that delivers a substantial number of commercial and domestic Solar PV installations each year.

The Role:

This is a hands on position and experience of working with Solar PV and or Roofing is essential.  This is a physically demanding role working at heights in all weathers both on sitework and also residential properties.

Basic hours are Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00 but must be happy to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the site is kept clean and tidy
• Unloading and assisting with deliveries and moving materials
• General Labouring duties skills
• Self-motivated and works well on own initiative.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good literacy & numeracy.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Adaptable and willing to learn.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years PV Installation experience.
• Be confident and happy working at heights
• A valid CSCS card is desirable however if not you must be willing to train towards this
• Drivers Licence and transport is essential
• Must be able to pass Enhanced DBS Check
