Our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Window Fitter to join their well-established, high end aluminium window and door company.
Previous experience in a similar or other trade role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. However, you will need the following:
- Be physically fit
- Have the aptitude to learn a technical job, including reading detailed drawings, take accurate measurements etc
- Have a motivated and positive attitude
- Have pride in your appearance, how you communicate and expect to work to a very high standard.
- Be willing and able to work hard, assist your colleagues and become an integral part of a solid team environment
- Be able to get to work each day in Metheringham
Working alongside the current team you will be fitting Aluminium Bi-fold doors, Aluminium Windows and Aluminium Roof Lanterns.

This is a full-time permanent position working in and around Lincoln.
Basic 40-hour week but flexibility to working hours is essential as some days will be longer than others.
