Based on the outskirts of Lincoln, the successful candidate will be a key member of the transport office team covering a range of administration functions.
Person specification:
- Candidates should have a good understanding of Microsoft Software especially Excel
- Hard-working, ambitious and eager to learn
- Good communication skills
- Assisting with daily duties in the office and gaining a deeper understanding of a transport company
- Filing and internal auditing
Duties
- Recording defects
- Service records
- Workshop reports
- Booking in MOT’s. services etc.
- Liaising with dealerships
- General compliance duties.
Work Location: In person
This is a full-time position
Salary £13.00ph to rise to £14.00ph after a satisfactory 3-month probation period
